BLACK LABEL SOCIETY: U.K. Tour Cancelled
November 1, 2006BLACK LABEL SOCIETY's previously announced U.K. tour, originally planned for March 2007, has been postponed due to unforeseen U.S. commitments. According to a posting on the Roadrunner Records U.K. site, "the band send their apologies to the U.K. fans and hope to reschedule the dates for later in the year. Ticket refunds will be available from points of purchase."
As previously reported, Roadrunner Records is making the second single from BLACK LABEL SOCIETY's new "Shot to Hell" album — "Blood is Thicker than Water" — available for free download from this location. A 15-minute audio interview with Wylde, conducted recently by Andrew Haug of Triple J's "Full Metal Racket" (based in Australia),can be downloaded at this location (6.1 MB).
"Shot to Hell" has sold 69,000 copies in the United States since its Sept. 12 release, according to Nielsen SoundScan.
